Support & advice for parents on Neurodiversity
‘Neurodiversity’ is an umbrella term which is used to describe people who have brains and thinking styles which work in a slightly different way to ‘neurotypical’ people.
It includes a wide range of differences such as:
- Tourette’s Syndrome
- Literacy and numeracy difficulties
More information about supporting your Neurodiverse child can be found in the Neurodevelopment Family Resource Pack produced by the Essex Family Forum.
